Justice Minister Eugene Wamalwa is dismissing as rumors, reports that a section of lawmakers were scheming to have the upcoming general elections held in August next year. Wamalwa says the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission has already set the election date for March 4th 2013 and only a ruling by the high court or the supreme court can overturn it. KTN's Patrick Amimo captured political sentiments surrounding the election date.
