Business: Kenya Boosts Her Oil Imports

Kenya has bought more than 340,000 tonnes of oil products for August and September, nearly one fifth above what it bought for July and slightly more than it initially required. The energy ministry has bought 50,000 tonnes of jet fuel for delivery over August 19th to 21st and 59,411 tonnes for delivery over September 22nd to 24th; from Addax Kenya at premiums of 23.78 US dollars and 18.66 us dollars a tonne over Middle East quotes, respectively.
