The county of Nairobi is the country’s capital and home to the central government’s administrative hub. It will therefore play a vital role as the new devolved system of government comes into force after the next general election. It is for this reason that whoever will be the governor of Nairobi will be as important as any other leader at the central government. In spotlight 2012.
