KTN Prime: Kenya Govt denied access to ICC documents

The international criminal court will not release confidential documents or identities of witnesses to the Kenya Government. The ICC Pre-trial chamber says they are protecting the physical well being and safety of witnesses and victims in Kenya in the cases facing Uhuru Kenyatta, Francis Muthaura, William Ruto and Joshua sang. Meanwhile deputy prime minister uhuru kenyatta has filed a request asking the ICC to allow his team investigate the credibility of three crucial prosecution witnesses and to reveal their identities.
