KTN Prime: Mutilation Suspect Saga

A man suspected to have mutilated private parts of an eleven year old boy featured on KTN’s special series Despicable Injustice four months ago was today freed minutes after he was arrested by police. The suspect was arrested at Uhuru Park after he was spotted by the victim’s friends. The suspect was freed even after being identified by his victim who rushed to the Central police station on hearing the suspect had been arrested.
