KTN Prime: Ojode estate tussle

Just who is entitled to the benefits of former assistant minister Orwa Ojode? This is the hanging question after Ojodes brother asked the speaker of the national assembly to stop any payments to Ojodes widow. The speaker who received another cheque from a local insurance company for funds to be shared between the families of Saitoti and Ojodeh says no decisions have been made as to the manner in which the funds shall be disbursed. But he insists that payments will be made in accordance with the law.
