A section of the Kenyan team to the London will after all travel to Bristol where it is expected to train before heading to London later this month. The 1500m team has been exempted from the controversial training trip and only the 800m, the 4x400 and the two boxers will travel tomorrow. Athletes and their representatives, nock officials and coaches met the athletes, who were opposed to the trip and later announced that the trip will go on as earlier planned. The athletes and coaches did not approve of the Bristol training since the city is located in a low altitude area as opposed to the actual Olympics competition region which enjoys high altitude status.
