KTN Prime: Meru Politics

Imenti Central MP Gitobu Imanyara has reprimanded Meru politicians who are saying Deputy Prime Minister Uhuru Kenyatta should not expect any support from the region if he tours Meru under his TNA party, the Imenti legislator said the sentiments by the MPs are against the spirit of multiparty democracy. Kiraitu challenged all to engage on issue based politics as opposed to personalizing local politics. Gitobu however said those taking Meru voters for granted are in for a rude shock.
