KTN Prime: African Union criminal court

The African Union has decided to establish its own court to try international crimes. This is seen as an alternative to the Hague-based International Criminal Court. The move follows years of complaints by a section of African leaders that the ICC is targeting African leaders in its campaign against war crimes and crimes against humanity. K-T-N’s Noah Otieno reports on this latest development.
