Sports: Olympics training camp launched

Team Kenya head coach Julius Kirwa will not have the luxury of monitoring all the athletes for the entire training period ahead of the London Olympics. This, after the national Olympics committee allowed a section of the team to travel to Bristol University on July 3rd for what was termed as specialized training. The 800m, 1500m, the 4x400m relay and the two boxers will leave for Bristol on July third. Team Kenya chief executive officer, Stephen Soi announced during the teams camp launch in Kasarani that Kenya will leave for the Olympics in three batches.
