KTN Prime: MPs on devolution.

The speaker of the national assembly Kenneth Marende is tonight goading members of parliament to consider running for elective posts at county assemblies as opposed to concentrating their energies and attention on parliamentary and senatorial positions. Marende also urged lawmakers to ensure laws for devolved governments are in place before November this year.
