Did the Treasury allocate enough funds to priority sectors of Kenyas economy? Will the allocation of monies in next years budget spur economic development? These are some of the questions financial experts are raising, with some arguing that the treasury could have played a better balancing game with the 1.45 trillion shillings budget. Ktns Edith Kimani takes a look at some of the budget loopholes.
