KTN Prime: Financing the 1.45 trillion Budget

Finance minister Njeru Githae says the 1.45 trillion shilling budget is fully funded. But a scrutiny of the figures reveals a whopping deficit which you the taxpayer, will have to help fill. Anne soy-Mwendia explains.
