A section of backbenchers in parliament this morning took to task the government over the informal agreement reached out yesterday at the speakers kamukunji on extension of the deadline of some pending but crucial constitution implementation bills.assistant minister for justice and constitutional affairs william cheptumo was on the receiving end when he asked to state the exact date when the executive will publish the pending bills.cheptumo could not provide the exact date but said the bills could be published on or before the 22nd june---a stand that did not impress the backbenchers.the backbench wants full government commitment to fast track the pending bills before the agreed 2nd july deadline.
