KTN Prime: Kibaki warns against squandering funds

President Kibaki has ordered speedy probe on NHIF scandal involving civil servants medical scheme. The president says punitive action will be taken against anybody found guilty of squandering public funds. KTN's Carol Nderi reports from Isiolo.
