KTN Prime: Nakuru court blocks Mumo Matemu

The fight against corruption has suffered yet another body blow, a court in Nakuru has blocked the appointment of Mumo Matemu as the head of the Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission. This follows an application by a civil society group that has demanded that Matemu must first be cleared of allegations of impropriety during his tenure at the Kenya Revenue Authority.
