
On Wednesday, January 15, CHAN (Africa Nations Championship) held its final draw at the Kenyatta International Convention Centre (KICC).
The event brought together Africa’s biggest national teams and star players, with electrifying performances from Kenya’s Bien-Aimé.
The Grammy nominee and highly streamed artiste, Bien-Aimé Baraza, delivered a thrilling performance, leaving attendees overjoyed. In an excited tone, the emcee of the event welcomed the ‘Alusa Why Are You Topless’ sensation, describing him as legendary.
"Ladies and gentlemen, let's welcome Grammy Award-winning, Kenya's highest-streamed artiste, the heart of East Africa. Give it up for Bien!"
Bien Baraza performed Sauti Sol’s hit song ‘Kuliko Jana’, with the audience singing along to the tunes. He was accompanied by ecstatic dancers who lit up the stage and left the attendees very happy. The draw sets the stage for Africa's best national teams to showcase their talent.

In fact, our very own national team, Harambee Stars, is set to compete against Morocco and the Democratic Republic of Congo later in August.
The renowned singer expressed his support for Kenya’s Harambee Stars and urged Kenyans to be at the forefront of supporting them.

"We will beat them. We have a good squad and home advantage. Former Harambee Stars captain McDonald Mariga is now part of the leadership at the federation. All these are spiritual. He thrilled attendees with songs from his album Alusa Why Are You Topless. The ‘Inauma’ hitmaker appeared on stage dressed in a black cover-up paired with a white T-shirt and black trousers and sang the ‘Kuliko Jana’ song, a track they did together as Sauti Sol. He then followed it up with ‘Lost and Found’ and left the audience with so much joy when he performed ‘Extra Pressure’.
Kenyans are looking forward to the CHAN (Africa Nations Championship), with Kenya being in a group with two-time champions Morocco and the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC). Angola and Zambia are also part of the group.
