Celebrities rally behind Kamala Harris in 2024 Presidential Race.

As hundreds of millions of Americans are getting ready to cast their votes and elect their 47th president with Hollywood celebrities openly endorsing their favourite candidate. The battle between current US Vice President Kamala Harris and former President Donald Trump. US Based rapper Nonini is among hordes of celebs who have endorsed Kamala Harris.

In a tweet, the Godfather of genge showed his support to Kamala Harris who is running on the Democratic Party ticket.

“Election Day! KH Kichwa,” he posted on X.

He joins other notable public figures and Hollywood A-listers who have shown support to the current Vice President who is gunning to inherit President Joe Biden.

Beyoncé

At a rally in Pennsylvania for Vice President Harris, Beyoncé performed "God Bless America" and publicly declared her support for the Vice President. She also took the opportunity to introduce Doug Emhoff, Harris' husband, and shared her vision for America's future in a speech.

Rihanna

The Fenty Empire founder came out this week to show her support for Kamala with a post on her socials, which seemed to attack the 45th President Donald Trump while also endorsing Kamala. She wrote, “When protecting pu**ies and firing pu**ies can happen all in one vote”. She also humorously added about “trying to sneak into the polls with (her) son’s passport”.

Will.i.am

The rapper and singer, ardently endorsed Harris, motivating his fans to cast their votes for her through his new music video, Yes She Can. In this video, he criticized Trump, referring to him as a “predator,” accompanied by footage from the January 6 Capitol riot.

Katy Perry

For the Roar singer, supporting Kamala Harris is a matter of motherhood. The Part of Me hitmaker who has also performed in the Democrats rally, is confident on Kamala’s leadership and securing the future of her children.

“Four years ago, I became a mother... She is the reason I am voting for Kamala Harris. I know she will protect my daughter's future and your children's future".

Taylor Swift

She is perhaps one of the most famous artistes to openly and passionately talk about her support to the millions of her fans popularly known as swifties especially after the two front runners had a debate in September.

In a long Instagram post she confirmed, “I will be casting my vote for Kamala Harris and Tim Walz in the 2024 Presidential Election. I’m voting for @kamalaharris because she fights for the rights and causes I believe need a warrior to champion them. I think she is a steady-handed, gifted leader and I believe we can accomplish so much more in this country if we are led by calm and not chaos. Actor-singer Jennifer Lopez has not shied away from showing support for Harris as she made an appearance during the VP’s campaigning in Nevada. Lopez whose is of Latino heritage says that Trump had “offended every Latino in this country” after a comedian joked about Puerto Rico where Lopez’s parents were born, being a “floating island of garbage” at one of his rallies.

Cardi B attended a rally for Vice President Harris in Wisconsin, where she delivered a speech expressing how the Vice President had significantly influenced her perspective. She also shared that she initially had no intention of voting, but her stance shifted upon Harris entering the race.

LeBron James

The Los Angeles Lakers' star, LeBron James, known for his past criticisms of Trump and support for Democratic presidential candidates, has publicly endorsed Harris. He remarked that “the choice is clear” in his mind when reflecting on the upbringing of his children and family.

Avengers

Members of the "Avengers" cast, including Scarlett Johansson, Robert Downey Jr., Chris Evans, Mark Ruffalo, Don Cheadle, Danai Gurira, and Paul Bettany, collaborated on a video endorsement for Harris. In a subsequent tweet, Ruffalo encouraged voters to "not sit this one out."

Arnold Schwarzenegger

Arnold Schwarzenegger, who has made a name for himself as a bodybuilder, actor, billionaire, and former Republican governor of California, publicly endorsed Harris in a social media post on Wednesday. He voiced his disdain for both political parties, remarking, "I hate politics more than ever."

At a rally for Kamala Harris on October 22 in Detroit, Eminem introduced former President Barack Obama. The iconic hip-hop artist inspired the crowd to engage in the voting process and affirmed his support for Harris, after which he passed the stage to Obama. The former president began his speech by alluding to Eminem's award-winning song, "Lose Yourself."

The celebrated Puerto Rican figure publicly expressed his backing for Vice President Harris through a collection of Instagram Stories on October 27. He reposted a video of the Democratic candidate articulating the stakes for Puerto Rican voters and the territory.

John Legend

In a message posted on Instagram after Biden's endorsement of his Vice President, John Legend declared, "I am fully committed to working towards uniting the pro-democracy coalition to oppose Trump's authoritarian and oppressive Project 2025 and to support Kamala Harris in her bid for the presidency." He further noted, "She is ready for this challenge, and I am thrilled to offer my assistance in any way possible."

Lizzo

The About Time was among the first celebrities to endorse Kamala Harris saying the VP could not do much given her reserved position, which according to the singer says, could not do much.

“For everyone saying that Kamala Harris didn’t do anything when she was VP, please, for $5,000, do not use Google, tell me what any vice president has ever done during their term that was notable that you noticed,” she said in the clip.

“The vice president’s job is to take a back seat and support while the president does everything that’s forward-facing,” the hitmaker added. “Let’s all be for real and say our quiet parts out loud, because the discourse is tired.”
