After proposing to her in April this year, popular theatre director Victor Ber will wed his actress lover, Teacher Wanjiku, in a private, white wedding ceremony slated for next month, Pulse can reveal.
The invite-only ceremony, which has been a top guarded secret, only has 250 invited guests.
Initially, the two had picked the Certified Public Accounts (CPA) grounds along the Thika superhighway as the preferred venue but later moved the wedding to St. Paul's Catholic Church next to the University of Nairobi at University roundabout. The reception will held at Safari Park along Thika Highway.
Details of the December 5 ceremony emerged this week as cards were distributed to selected guests who are mainly players in the film industry.
Even though the two have been dating for quite a while now, the affair went public early this year after it emerged that Victor and his baby mama Anne, who is also Teacher Wanjiku’s friend, had called it a day.
Talking about the love triangle during an earlier interview, Teacher Wanjiku said she has always had a keen eye on Victor noting that they only went separate ways after he cheated on her and got her friend pregnant only for the two to reunite after five years.
