Deputy President William Ruto urges residents to support JAP

Deputy President William Ruto has once again drummed support for the Jubilee Alliance Party (JAP) and urged parties within Jubilee coalition to stand behind the newly formed outfit.

Speaking in Molo, Nakuru County, Ruto urged Nakuru residents to shun divisive politics and focus on development.

"As we move forward we will all join JAP. We have members who were in URP, TNA and other parties but now we want to consolidate our support into one party. We will use this party to take us forward," Ruto said.

He urged residents to ignore ongoing politics in Rift Valley. He also dismissed allegations of corruption levelled by opposition over his ownership of Weston Hotel.

Narok Senator Stephen ole Ntutu threw his support behind jubilee administration.

"In Narok County we are firmly behind the Jubilee administration," Ntutu said.

Nakuru Governor Kinuthia Mbugua also spoke during the function, attended by nominated Senator Lisa Chelule, Rarieda MP Nicholas Gumbo, Njoro MP Joseph Kiuna among other MPs.
