  If eastleigh was upgraded,some government officers will sleep hungry, get kicked out of rentals and children out of school. This is all because into this list policemen draw bribes just as gov't officials when laws are flouted. How do you cut a tree from the top. Counting gay people in the country won't solve the stigma, discrimination and HIV/AIDs spread. We shud look for the roots not fruits.
