Kenya, Kenya please! You are joking with a very explosive matter. Prosecute the post election offenders but unless the idea that people were reacting to a stolen election is tackled (first), the said prosecution is a recipe for something worse that what Kenya saw after 2007 elections. I'm not saying don't prosecute. Do so but start with the election offenders. Don't play tribalism in this matter.

The case here is very simple. Don't give Mr. Ocampo hard time. The violence in Kenya came up due to ODM's stolen victory. This can be justified with the night swearing in at the state house. So you know who Ocampo should go for.

A day of reckoning is soon approaching for the party of death merchants ODM. They massively stole election in Rift Valley, Nyanza, and Western provinces and mildly in Coast. now they say they killed nobody because to them Kikuyus are nobodies and that police killed their people because to them luos and those in their political camp are the only people. They will face the law with or without Ocampo.

I don't understand what taking a common position when Ocampo arrives. How much have we achieved on the new constitution, how far did we go in setting up a local tribunal? We can't even reign in top government official who refuse to surrender fuel guzzlers. There is too much impunity, and I guess its only the Ocampo way that may jolt leaders to reality.

Another circus without an end. Raila has abdicated the road to Canaan as he promised his supporters and is now graduating in mastering the killer sword from experts. There is a hidden motive since ODM gave up its mission in marriage with crafty PNU. Truth has hit the wall and people's rights trumpled under these masters' feet. From experience with Kenya's mighty, the Hague is as good as dead.

Mr. Ocampo, please ensure that the weight of the Law if felt by the culprits. Except God, all men who commit crimes must feel the sting of the law. Kenyan elites have no respect for humanity. Grab them and lock them where they will languish forever. Chief Prosecutor Ocampo, we count on YOU. At least make them know that justice through the law does exist. Yours, The Oppressed Kenyan.

i don't understand what the ODM meant;"they are not going to allow any of their members victimized," i think we are missing a point, who are these victims, are they from a party based in "Uganda" or Tanzania for that matter, they are from PNU and ODM jointly, ODM should think twice, there is no joke here, no sacred cows, period!.
