It all comes down to the level of intelligence of the investigators or rather the prosecutors in this case. The police should have requested the couple to describe the suspects and in turn draft a sketch and use it to match against the suspects. I find it hard to believe there's s judge who will convict any of the suspects without any tangible evidence. But hey, this is Kenya anything can happen!

How can the police dramatize such a case. The couple did not see the people who robbed them on the two occasions, the police called the couple and informed them of suspects who had been caught elsewhere and they were told that these are the people who stole from them. What a shoddy investigation? who would rule in favor of the couple with such an evidence. These people were framed by the police.

These folks cannot be convicted by this court for the "evidence" is insufficient and unreliable. There is no solid proof by the witnesses to connect these accused at her premises at the time of the robberies. There is no visual description of each accused by Karamani ie she has no specific details about height, colour of eyes, sound of voice, hair peculiar marks, clothing, rings etc.
