Whenever performance is questionable; when new grants or funds are being sourced from donors or NGO's, when there is need to prove accountability, there is always a 'wonder' that pops up. Alas!   Kenya has been awaiting a breakthrough of some sort regarding maleria. It is about time! Now there is some semblance of hope! Hope is what Kenyans were left cuddling after the supposed infamous 'vaccine' for AIDS developed at KEMRI back in the day! Hope is when innocent children and wanainchi look up to our leaders and government to feed their unending malnutrition! I am only left to wonder!
