  I think the major problems with KPLC is the purchase of poor quality of electrical equipment from Chaina. In Kenya we go for poor quality goods, that is why China has found dumping place for everything you can imagine of. My people in Kenya open your eyes we are being robed by our corrupt leaders.In the USA every thing you can imagine of, it must be approved by the government agents.
