It is true that Kenyans’ need reforms which would ensure stability of the country's economy which is based on the Kenyans’ needs (but not economy based on the needs of foreigners who are investing in the country), however, what reforms is Michael Ranneberger, the US ambassador, is talking about when he threatens that his country will take additional action if the "the reform agenda does not move forward"? Our Kenyan leaders have the responsibility to ensure that Kenyans’ attempt for reforms is based on Kenyan’s needs and not the needs of foreign investors. The needs of foreign investors should be only considered when Kenyan leaders are strategizing in response to Kenyans’ needs.

Come on, the biggest stumbling block to Kenya's quest for reform is President Mwai Kibaki! Over 1,200 Kenyans did not lose their lives for Wako to salvage them.If Amos Wako is a failure, then it's Kibaki government's responsibility to have him replaced by a reform-minded person.Wako must remain banned from the US, but Kibaki must go, for the good of Kenya!Let's not beat about the bush.

This is not all but is just the beggining, and we need a clear step to be taken by kenyan government since Us has given an incentive. If i were to seek AGs post, the specific minimum requirement will include certain age limit and two or three years of experience! will i qulify since i dont have experience? Maybe Njonjo and Muli will be the candidates. Kenyans we are better than this

Before we kick Wako to the curb, let's not forget the fact that THE MORE THINGS CHANGE THE MORE THEY (WILL) REMAIN THE SAME for the next ten years or more. Wako is just the tip of the iceburg, the law society and law schools in Kenya are in real need of OVERDUE REFORM. BTW, why do we always have to wait for the US to sneeze on such critical issues? Are we still living on plantations in 2009?

Amos Wako has over stayed just like Moi did; Wako has nothing better to offer our dear country, apart from doing the same same things he has been doing. Wako is drafting the current constitution. Wako is the one who drafted the initial constitution which was neglected then the referendum followed. What is it that he is going to do something different?. Wako needs to go.

About time. Wako has been a big disappointment since he became Kenya's Attorney General. He has been a part of the problem definately not the solution. It was like he was scared to act and for all his credentials....total failure. The most scary thing is that big cheezy smile he always has even as we discuss bringing to book those who committed atrocious crimes against Kenyans.

Kenyans must now take the que, that they need to elect better leaders since their corrupt ones are further value to them. Amen!
