| It is disheartening that Kenyan leaders are surrendering the sovereignty of the country to the ICC as a result of loss of confidence of the judiciary and the police. My feeling is that we should have a judiciary that has the resources and the independence to met out justice without delay. Judges should not be appointed but to be contracted on the basis of cases conducted and done without delay..
