| Great job by KQ. I only want to advise them to decide whether they are a budget airline or a full frills concept.Their service is not up to standard at times. Lateness and numerous glitches abound on their flights. KQ guys are inefficient. Fly Bangkok-NBO and you get to know what am saying. No Customer relations.

| This is a good move by Kenya Airways. Another potential route that has been mainly ignored is Luanda. Flying from Nairobi to Luand direct is currently not possible. One has to either fly via Addis or Jo'burg. Angola is generating a lot of investor interest due the restructuring going on there funded by the petro-dollar from the large oil reserves in this country. Shouldnt KQ try tackling the route?
