| So why deceive yourselves that PNU is about to start adhering to a new constitutional dispensation even if it were passed today? You haven't noticed that President Kibaki never has any problems signing any documents as long as it is going to ease the pressure from him while leaving him at peace to enjoy unbridled power. Kenyans will be very disappointed. Even a road map is useless unless followed.
