| God forbid! Is Kenya a lawless country?Whose evil driven idea is that? Someone should be in jail including that insurance company for promoting kidnap crime. The government cheers in disbelief as her helpless citizen fall prey to insecurity. Empower the public to take care of themselves if the government cant. Just tell the public to do lynch mob on all the suspects.

| All the kidnappers will need is a list of such policy holders which may easily leak and they are in business. It is safer to remain uninsured.

| The idea of insuring against kidnappings is grossly irresponsible whatever one thinks. It will just fuel the anxiety and the crime level even more. How sure are we that the insurance company will not stage kidnappings to justify the need for such ridiculous products? Sad we are becoming morally banckrupt country. Why is the govt not spending on a special police unit? They seem too lax about this.

| The idea of having Insurance cover against victims of Kidnap should be discouraged as it would open up more of the incidents that resolving the manace. When Insurance companies provide money ready for evil - wrong -doings it is an acceptable and the government should not accept this kind of approach. Security of kenyan must not be compromised or negotiated. This action in itself amounts to simptoms of a failed state where criminals have up hand in controlling the state.

| It has now become a real business and anybody can go for it if at all will be paid after kidnapping. This is a security issue which should be dealt with one aim of eliminating it and treated like any other crime. The insurance company is ,i believe after money and not after solving the problem.Hey guys, dont always put money first.

| Wow, a nice way to make money. Kenya has a government and the government should protect all Kenyans equally. The policy is meant for the rich Kenyans so that means the poor Kenyans should die? The Insurance Company is trying to encourage more crime at the expense of making money. Let our government protect Kenyans that is why we pay them. Who knows some of the gangs are members of your insurance.
