  Dear Editor: The article by Gurrla and Leape on climate change is misleading. If the Arctic sea ice melts it would have no effect on sea level. The Arctic ice cap is not melting but has increased strongly in thickness and area since 2007. And there has not been any global warming during the last 12 years.
