| Mr Isaac Ruto are the examples of so-called leaders but who don't understand some basic things. His arguement of "sovereignty" is tired and stale. We live in a globalised world so that the kenyan problem becomes international problem. Remember also: If you want to pride over sovereignity, a country has to be solid economically and politically.

| Why is this man (Isack Ruto) always so irrelevantly vocal on issues that need sober minds commenting on? The envelope was already handed over to the Hague, and it would be nice if he tells his constituents not comrades or his confidants the reality that there’s a thin line between slacking and haste. At least they can now burn the mid-night oil talking on something they all knew was coming.

| Mr. Ruto in order for a country to be a sovereignty, it has to have law and order and have to foster the production of essential services for it citizens. In addition it doesn't starve or butchter its citizens. There isn't much difference between Somalia and Kenya. People who live in a sovereign state don't dwell in slums and die of hunger when the state has immense natural resources.

| A little too late for those kind of rants Mr Isaac Ruto, if our leaders had shown resolve immidiately the clashes ended, then we would not be in this situation. The sovereignity argument does not make sense any more, justice has been delayed for many victims and their families for too long. Go Hague.

| Issues that can be resolved locally. Can Ruto tell Kenyans which issues in his mind have ever been resolved by a corrupt government,Folks who is fooling who.Ruto's remarks on foreign elements is cheap propaganda that must be challenged.Sounds like your name is on the list.If your government had done the right thing to it's people, the issue of Hague would not be here today.
Wake up to reality.

| Since it is still going to be a while before any real action is taken by the ICC, let us see if the process in Kenya can be established. There is too much energy wasted over actions that do happen instead of focusing on actions that can still be taken.
