  Even if a billion policies are passed in Kenya against child labor they wouldn't get rid of this menace, child labor as long as the majority of Kenyans are wallowing in poverty. All minor workers all over the world come from poor families. And hence if almost all Kenyans living conditions are enhanced, almost all the children,s welfare will improve automatically.
