  In reality, the church requirement for celibacy is not biblical. Hence there is no God's law broken. Apostle Peter was a married man. Celibacy is therefore a man made church rule and hence no sin to God for breaking what God ordained for man and woman in the beginning I guess, like other church requirements, the rules are bound to encounter resistance.
