  I think the media and the Govt ignored me when I said all colonial dams, ponds and boreholes to be de-silted using the CDF kitty but nothing has been done. We should know that the proponent of CDF was to give people closer services like health facilities, water and sanitation. I came from Nyandarua and when I was young I was difficult for grown ups to cross Rivers. Now there is none of the rivers
