Brief:A foot injury sustained at the London Marathon could force reigning world women’s marathon champion Catherine Ndereba out of her title defence in Berlin.
Ndereba, who finished sixth in London, disclosed to FeverPitch she was concerned about not being in top competitive form after blistering her foot.

| AK should not put Ndereba under pressure, they should be more supportive to her and respect her decision; she is the most loyal Kenyan athlete we have ever had and has never failed to deliver for our country.AK should also talk to Wanjiru and accept and support him in his decision on whether to go for the world record or go for WCh. Kenya has a strong marathon team with or without the two.
