| Power really changes the thinking of an individual. If todays Orengo was yesterdays, the honourable minister would have stood for rights of those aggrieved by the violence. By making the above statement, the minister supports the killing of people in Eldoret, a justified action because PNU 'stole' the election. What crime did those children and women commit? Do Kenyans expect any justice soon?

| Mr Orengo should read the Rome Statute and the jurisprudence of the ICC. The ICC Prosecutor is not bound to confine his investigations only to matters specifically referred to him. When Uganda referred the issue of Joseph Kony to the ICC, the Prosecutor went beyond that to the activities of UDF soldiers. Now Uganda is beating a retreat. Or is the ODM leadership still trying to fix Ruto indirectly?

| It is gross insult for Orengo to be sarcastic about many lives that were lost. ODM supporters were involved in mass killings of Kikuyus and it is hypocritical to suggest that they (the Killers) have now decided not to go to Hague. Sometimes I wonder if I am the only one who believes in extrajudicial justice for leaders who promote tribal hate. Nairobi is the best place to do that.

| Mr Orengo, one thing I can say I admire is your stand on ending impunity but for you to claim that ODM has rescinded its decision to take PNU to the Hague is an insult to our intelligence and hypocritical. At what point did this happen? Was it before or after Waki's report and the knowledge that ODM cannot continue playing holier than thou? Let's wait for the list of names once the envelop is opened.

| It's unfortunate that the leaders are still playing politics. Now it's PNU alone who killed people? Nobody will end up going to jail for this. Another Goldberg scandal, no accountability. The ghost killed innocent, our politicians are heartless SOBs who only cares about their stomach and not good people of Kenya. I really have no word to say but pray for the Kenyan people.

| Uh? Did I miss something? It is NOT up to ODM or Orengo for that matter do decide what happens to the perpetrators of violence. Geeze! I mean where has this learned man been hibernating? Wake up my friend, this matter has been long out anybody in Kenya's politics for a LONG TIME, HELLOOOO! All you have now is an opportunity to right the wrongs absent otherwise there are many options available!
