| Raila should stop saying anything about everything and with no implementation. He must watch out otherwise he is not going to enjoy the popularity he had in 2007. He is every where arguing with his MPs and other junior politicians on tough decisions yet he know his authority is very limited. To me he is a notch below Muthaura, not even Kibaki.
