Justus Okemwa appeared before a Kibera court in the G4S security firm Sh22 million heist. He pleaded not guilty to a charge of stealing US$300,000 last Friday at CFC Stanbic bank.
Lawyer Samson Nyaberi represented Okemwa and pleaded with the court to release him on bond.
But Chief Inspector Francis Ndiema objected saying the investigating officer needed five days to complete investigation. The magistrate remanded Okemwa up to Friday when the other suspects will come to court and know their fate.
