An Italian national risks having his work permit revoked for allegedly harassing workers, sacking them without paying their dues and allegedly demanding sexual favours.

Malindi Labour Officer Swaleh Mwasaria said he had received numerous complaints from workers on the allegations.

Mr Mwasaria noted the foreigner already has pending cases of illegal dismissal of workers.

"Despite being taken to court, my office still receives claims that he dismisses workers and demands sexual favours from female ones," he said.

Last week the Italian allegedly dismissed two workers without paying them their dues. The workers then complained at the Labour Office.
