Dressing for the jungle calls for special attire aptly named safari wear.
The safari wear comes in colours that reflect the outdoor life, jungle green and brown, which is ideal for the bush, mountain climbing or hiking
"The bush experience is rough, and calls for heavy dress. Safari wear is made to bring life to the jungle," says Victor Mwitiki of One Way Bronx.
The attire consists of cargo pants with side pockets. The jackets too have several pockets designed to carry many items such as knives, torches, penknives — indeed, the whole kitchen. The idea of pockets is to reduce the number of hand luggage a person carries.
There is also a special safari shirt that comes in short or long sleeves and T-shirts. The jungle experience is completed with safari boots or timberland boots and a safari hat. The hat has an extra band that absorbs sweat and gives comfort.

Nothing beats an outdoor activity, out in the wild. Let’s embrace local tourism, even as we help conserve our environment and wildlife.
