If you are looking to feel and look young and trendy in a casual relaxed manner, there are new fashionable shorts (TI shorts), named after the musician TI for his love of the shorts.
The TI shorts are long — several inches below the knee, checked and they come in different bright colours. They are made from either a light material or in coloured khaki with deep side pockets. You will be spoiled for choice as the shorts have different designs.
The shorts can be ideal for lazy afternoons in the estate or for a walk in the beach and you can don them to any party, depending on the crowd, and the mood of the bash.
Fashion experts say the shorts are best matched with a plain-coloured T-shirt.
The T-shirt colour should not be same as the dominant colour of shorts.
Montell Waweru, a clothes dealer with a keen eye for fashion says most people make a mistake of wearing the shorts with sneakers or boots.
"You should consider investing in flat open, wide and flat shoes. Thus, loafers and sandals are the way to go." Advises Montell. The loafers or sandals should at least match with either the short or, preferably, the T-shirt.
