Controversial Tanzania songstress Ray C is at it again. The singer whose nudity photos leaked to the internet sometimes last year now has a bizarre film shot on her in sexual indulgence. Copies of the sexual CD are selling in Nairobi. An authoritative report from our snitch who happens to be Ray C’s old friend-turned-rival disclosed to us that a copy of the CD is going for as much as Sh15,000.

"It is not just another pornographic CD. This is a celebrity filmed having sex with different men. What do you mean by asking why a single CD is going for Sh15,000," wondered our informer. The CD has been a hot sell in Dubai since mid last year when it leaked. It is not clear whether Ray C was aware that the CD would end up in the hands of the public as she was not available when we tried to reach her for comment. However, it is said that due to her seeming unusual standings, Tanzanian media houses and a leading pay TV channel have banned her songs. "It is even becoming increasingly hard for her to get shows in Tanzania," said our source. Ray C is not new to controversy. Early last year, the award winning star parted ways with her boyfriend, Lord Eyes, over another man only to reunite with Lord Eyes after six months of separation. And late last year, Ray C found herself in a dilemma after a Uganda promoter failed to pay her after performance in Kampala, leaving her stranded. She was bailed out by a Ugandan artiste who paid her hotel accommodation bills and flight fee back to Tanzania.

The former MP has consequently abandoned the mother of his two children. The woman is an MP. The girl, who has been off air for some time now, presented news in the morning in a leading station. According to our sources, trouble started when the former MP declared — before his close friends — that he was now married to the girl after months of a secret love affair. The girl knew about his relationship with the MP and close associates alluded that she wanted to assert her presence asking the former MP to go public about their relationship — which he did. But the MP, the wife, questioned the presence of the new lover in the MP’s residence only to be stunned by an authoritative "she is now my wife" response. The presenter and former MP are now man and wife.

Someone after Chameleone’s life?

Questions are now being raised after fresh revelations emerged that indeed a gang had trailed Uganda troubled star Jose Chameleone before he found himself in a hospital bed last month. According to a witness, Chameleone and his friends were out in a Kampala nightclub when a group of men arrived and provoked Chameleone to a fight. But the singer, who had just left hospital after an accident in Tanzania decided to ignore them. However, three hours on, the gang became more violent and threatened to beat Chameleone for undisclosed reasons. Chameleone took cover and drove off. Little did he know that one of his enemies’ cars was on standby outside the club. The unidentified car pursued him and ended up hitting his car, which then rolled, leaving the singer seriously injured. The singer, who had by now lost his consciousness, found himself in hospital the next morning. Word has it that a clique close to Chameleone’s inner circle is out to end the musician’s music career of many years.
