Mpost allows users to enjoy postal services at home, in the office, or on the go through their mobile phones.

Once a user registers for the service, they choose the most convenient post office out of the 622 post offices in the country.

Once mail is received at any post office, an SMS is sent to the user, notifying them that the post office has received the mail.

The user then has a choice of walking to the post office to collect it or ask the post office to have it delivered to them at a location of their convenience.
