Reason why Claudio Ranieri has a picture of every Premier League boss in his office

Claudio Ranieri is not what you would call a 'conventional' manager.

Taking his players out for pizza as a reward for a clean sheet. Bellowing 'dilly ding dilly dong' in press conferences. Getting an opera singer to perform ahead of a Premier League match.

It's safe to say the Leicester boss is a little different to the average gaffer. Mind you, his (occasionaly bonkers) methods clearly work.

After all, the charming Italian led The Foxes to the Premier League title last year - so perhaps his rival managers should be learning from his seemingly wacky ideas.

If so, then perhaps all top-flight bosses should have pictures of EVERY Premier League manager on the wall of their offices:

Yes, thanks to this image from Gary Lineker's Instagram account, we can confirm that Ranieri's office has framed pictures of all twenty Premier League managers on the wall.

Which immediately provokes several questions…

Does he have to get a new image framed every time a Premier League club appoint a new boss?

How long does his PA have to spend keeping this wall of bosses up to date?

Does he keep the pics on the wall to remind himself of the men he is trying to beat, like a boxer obsessively staring at a picture of an upcoming opponent?

Or is this, as we suspect, simply another example of this magnificent human being showing appreciation for his peers?
