CS Wamalwa says revival of Pan-Paper will benefit western residents

Eugene Wamalwa, the water and irrigation Cabinet Secretary

Water Cabinet Secretary Eugene Wamalwa has said Western will greatly benefit through the revival of collapsed industries.

Mr Wamalwa welcomed the planned revival of Pan Paper factory in Webuye that collapsed in 2009, saying the residents and the county would benefit greatly.

“There are those opposing the Jubilee administration but you can see for yourself that the government is not sleeping, we are working round the clock to ensure locals benefit from government projects,” he said. Wamalwa said the Jubilee administration will fulfill all its campaign pledges.
