Nyeri women love for boda boda ‘ride’: Vibrations it emits leaves them highly aroused

There is no denying that the services provided by Boda boda operators have changed the transport industry around the country.

Women and boda boda operators are developing a less than professional relationship which is causing men in Nyeri County to forbid their wives, and girlfriends from procuring the services.

Tim Kinyanjui is a boda boda operator in Nyeri town and he explained women are his most loyal customers because they are seeking more than just a ride home.

"Many of the women I carry prefer to pay for a boda boda because of the vibrations it emits with most women sitting astride, it leaves them highly aroused," Kinyanjui said.

He explained that many often get to their destination unable to control themselves and offering the boda boda rider more than fare for the ride.

"They sometimes ask me to go into their home for a cup of tea, claiming to be looking for the fare yet they have their handbags with them, others very straight forward and demand sex," Kinyanjui laughs.

He explained that most boda boda operators have gotten so used to the phenomenon that they have started carrying condoms in their toolboxes.

"Almost all boda boda operators have now started going to work prepared with condoms hidden in the tool box because most of them are not able to thwart the advances of the randy female passengers,"Kinyanjui said.

Michael Kimani is also a boda boda rider and he explained that they have devised ways to increase the vibration on the motorcycles.

"When you want to arouse your passenger, you ensure that you put the bike on gear 2 and then delay putting gear three as you accelerate it will give it more vibration which is what makes women aroused," Kimani explained.

He noted that not only the women were aroused by also the riders were affected by the way the women grab hold of their waist for support.

"There is a way a woman grab your waste and presses her chest (Breasts) against your back that can drive any man crazy," Kimani said.

He noted it's not easy to refuse the advances of the female passengers especially when they pay more for a ride.

Josephine Muthoni said she was a preferred boda boda rides because they were faster than matatus and more convenient.

As to whether she felt aroused riding on the boda boda? She said that while it was exciting it was not the reason she preferred motorcycle rides.

"I think men are just insecure and blame boda boda operators when their wives or girlfriends end up with the riders," Muthoni said.

The motorcycles have become a convenient, affordable and readily available form of transport for both men and women trying to get around.

The boda boda industry has provided employment for young men trying to make a living in an increasingly difficult job market.

Aside from the economic contribution of the boda boda industry a new social phenomenon has started to affect the industry.

Most of the men we spoke to said they would not allow their wives or girlfriends to be frequent users of boda boda services.

John Kamuri said he doesn't trust the riders because they take advantage of women and have ways of enticing them.

"I would prefer my wife to walk or take a matatus or a taxi because, those boda boda riders are not trustworthy, anything can happen,"Kamuri said.

However for most of the boda boda operators, its obvious that is only a matter of time before they have to make a decision to offer more than just a ride home.
