Players below-the-belt collision causes stir

Counties

Football collusion

Footballers, if you ask me, are an endangered species, just like elephants or rhinos which are in the cross-hairs of poachers.

While in the pitch, the players have no control of what happens to them, which is why they pick injuries, some career-ending, in nearly every match.

If they had a choice, the players would choose the injuries they get and how they get them because some are too embarrassing if what happened to two players in Kuwait is anything to go by.

The players were involved in a below-the-belt collision last week that has caused a lot of chatter online.

In the incident, one of the players was pictured “jabbing his finger up an opponent’s bum”, reports the Mirror.co.uk.

“Both players fall to the ground after an aerial ball, and one doesn’t take it too kindly to the challenge as he commits what might be the weirdest foul of the season,” reported the website.

The aggressor did not stop there, “There also appears to be a hint of a bite as he insanely stuck his face in the bum as well.”

The referee seemingly ignored what had transpired and did not punish the aggressor.
