British Army offer free medical camp to Samburu residents

Samburu, Kenya: Hundreds of Samburu residents among them women and children benefited from preventive and curative medical services freely offered by British Army Medical corps.

The team of the Medical corps was led by Lieutenant Philip Carter.  He thanked Samburu county government for the cooperation they had availed to them and assured the residents of Samburu county that the British government will continue offering free medical services.

Lieutenant Carter added that opportunistic infections were instantly attended to at the camp while complicated diseases like muscular crisscross, upper truck infections and general body malice and generalized pains were referred to Loosuk health center for further treatment and management.   

During the free medical services delivery, Samburu county deputy governor Mr Joseph Lemarkat thanked the British army saying that such medical amenities are difficult to come by in the area. He urged the medical cops to extend similar services to the residents of both Samburu East and North who cannot easily access such proper medical services.
