Mr Ngumi Kibera would like to give city Governor Evans Kidero some unsolicited advice. But before that he wants to congratulate to the city Water department for some miracles that he witnessed.

They actually had the number I wanted; the City Council Rates department (miracle 3). And, miracle 4: The man who answered was not only friendly but actually had a sense of humour! Now that takes the cake, I dare say!”
